Are You Ready for Commencement?

Commencement is one of the most important moments of a student’s academic career. It's also a complex live event, with lots of moving pieces that require careful planning and dependable production. At Black Walnut, we understand that every campus has its own traditions, schedules, staffing, and production resources.

Black Walnut works with your team to provide the equipment, the technicians, and the production management needed to bring together important events like Commencement. You don’t have to replace the systems or people already working together on your campus. We have extensive experience in working alongside campus AV departments, facilities teams, event staff, and existing vendors to fill the gaps and provide additional production resources when and where they are needed.

Need a little extra audio support? We can help. Need staging, audio, lighting, video, stagehand labor, and production management all under one roof? We can help with that, too. The goal is to make your job easier, without adding another layer of complexity.
